Make backup copies of important data stored. Using the owner’s manual as a guide, make a backup of any important data that is stored on the copier.

Press and hold the keys “.” and “#” at the same time. Ricoh copiers have a keypad on the right side of the front panel. You must press both buttons at once.

Keep both buttons pressed for 10 seconds . When Ricoh turns off, release the keys. The copier will turn on by itself and erased all settings and return to the original factory settings – Click Here.
