The Ricoh 1515 is a digital copier that can be configured to serve as a standalone copier, network printer, a fax machine and scanner. Remove the empty toner bottle by pulling it toward you. If the bottle does not move, the side lever is not released properly. Press the lever to the toner bottle again if necessary.

Shake the new toner bottle to make sure that the toner will not stick to the sides of the bottle. Unscrew the cap.

Slide the new toner cartridge into the machine with the top of the bottle to you. The bottle should slide easily into place. If not, make sure the bottle is inserted correctly and try again.

Lever locks into place by pressing down. The toner bottle is secured in place.
