Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the network port or Ethernet hub for the network. Connect the other end to the Ethernet port on the back of the printer.

Wait until one of the two red lights to turn on in the back of the printer. If 5 minutes light not light, replace the Ethernet cable or consultation with the network administrator.

Hold down the “Go” in the printer for 5 seconds to generate a configuration page. Remove page from the output tray.

Close all programs open on each computer you want to use with the printer. Insert the installation CD into the optical drive.
