The Ricoh Aficio 3030 is a digital multifunction copier 30 ppm that can copy, fax, print and scan. Once a board printing / scanning is installed, the 3030 can be set to scan to a network folder or to an inbox of an email address given. If your copier 3030 has no scanning panel installed, it can be used as a network scanner at www.CopierRepairTucson.com.

Instructions

Ricoh copier Connect to a network using network cables. Most cable networks use CAT 5 . This cable plugs into the panel Print / Scan on the left side of the copier by the back of the machine.

Install the software to scan. 3030 Scanner drivers come with the Ricoh 3030 and are stored on the installation CD, but can also be downloaded from the support site of Ricoh. The controller must be installed on a network server.

Create shared folders. Create these folders on a shared network drive allows users to access your scanned images.

Directs the Ricoh 3030 scanner to shared folders. In 3030 Ricoh team, select the “User Tools”. Once in this menu, choose “Scanner Features”. This will open the Scan Settings menu. Choose “Destination” to direct the scanner to the shared folders, or type emails from users if you want the computer to send images directly to the inbox of the email users.

Run scan tests. Scan multiple documents with the 3030 team to verify that the connection Scanner and folder mapping is set correctly. Check the shared folders (or ask a sender to check your inbox ) to verify that the scanned images were sent at www.CopierRepairTucson.com.
